William Harden, M.D.

Dr. Harden traveled extensively in Latin America before entering UC Irvine Medical School. He completed training at the Shasta Cascade Family Practice Residency Program, which brought him to Redding with his wife and three daughters. He is fluent in Spanish.

Richard Maples, M.D.

Dr. Maples is a graduate of USC School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Mercy Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. His favorite activities are fishing, camping and horseback riding with his wife, Dr. Jennifer Powers Maples and their two sons.

David Short, M.D.

Dr. Short was born in Mount Shasta and grew up in Redding. He earned his medical degree at USC School of Medicine and was very pleased to return to Redding for his residency training. He and his family enjoy the great variety of outdoor activities that Northern California has to offer.

Rachel Sullivan, M.D.

After spending the definitive years of her childhood in Redding, Dr. Sullivan studied biology and graduated from Azusa Pacific University. She completed her family medicine training in New Jersey with her husband, Dr. Tollin Sullivan. She feels privileged to have returned to practice in her hometown and her special interests include rock climbing, painting and spending time with her husband and son.

Tollin Sullivan, M.D.

Dr. Sullivan is originally from New Jersey, where he completed his family medicine residency. He is excited to begin his career in Redding with his wife, Dr. Rachel Sullivan, and their son. Dr. Sullivan's medical interests include Sports Medicine. In his free time he enjoys spending time outdoors, playing music and taking care of his dogs.

Lisa Monroe, FNPC

Lisa Monroe graduated from Chico State with her BSN. She attended Sonoma State for her MSN and Family Nurse Practitioner studies. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her special interests include traveling and anthropology. Growing up in the Sierra Nevada area, she spent most of her youth in the outdoors camping, skiing and playing soccer. She continues to love outdoor activities and has found the Redding area abundant with beautiful scenery.
